Manah Al Arabia ACC is committed to meeting all customers’ needs by granting certificates of conformity for quality management systems at a distinguished level of accuracy and quality, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement in the company’s performance system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17021:2015.

The company’s quality policy aims to:

  • Verifying the quality of performance of the audits of the quality management system.
  • Compliance with all relevant laws, legislation and regulations.
  • Selecting, qualifying and raising the efficiency of the members of the audit team approved by the company to provide the best service to customers.
  • Training, qualifying and raising the efficiency of all company personnel.
  • Continuous improvement through internal audits, statistical analysis of results, corrective actions, as well as senior management reviews.
  • Inventory and analyze all risks and opportunities that may positively or negatively affect customer audits.

Integrity, impartiality and confidentiality policy

The senior management of Manah Al Arabia ACC – Department of Conformity Certificates for Management Systems is committed to maintaining, following up and ensuring the application of standards of integrity, impartiality and confidentiality in all the activities of Manah Al Arabia for Business Services in accordance with the international standard: ISO/IEC 17021:2015.

The company’s integrity, impartiality and confidentiality policy aims to:

  • Verifying the complete integrity and impartiality of the certification department team members and committee members.
  • Provide fairness and objectivity in audits and grant certificates of conformity to all clients without regard to any religious, ethnic, kinship or friendship considerations.
  • Ensuring that there are no financial or administrative pressures that may affect the integrity of the company’s work.
  • Provide appropriate and effective communication channels between individuals and senior management in the event of pressures that may affect the integrity of the company’s work.
  • Inventory of all threats to business integrity, conflict of interest and confidentiality of clients’ results, and prepare a full assessment of those threats with the development of appropriate measures to prevent or reduce the effects of these threats.
  • Verifying the confidentiality and privacy of customer data and information on a permanent basis
  • Don’t allow any activities within the company that may threaten to disclose customer data, operations and activities for the benefit of other customers.

Policy of Suspension/Withdrawal/Reduce of Grant Certificates

The senior management of Manah Al Arabia ACC Company – Department of Management Systems Conformity Certificates is committed to abide by all the rules for reviewing requests to suspend / withdraw / reduce the scope of work for grant certificates for management systems and decision-making in accordance with the international standard: ISO/IEC 17021:2015 and in accordance with the following standards

  • The Supreme Executive Committee is formed to study and make decisions related to granting/renewing/re-granting/suspending/withdrawing/reducing grant certificates from members from inside and outside the company.
  • Audit team members do not participate in the activities of the Supreme Executive Committee.
  • Decisions are made to suspend grant certificates for clients if the client’s management system fails persistently or seriously to meet grant requirements, including management system effectiveness requirements.
  • Decisions are taken to suspend grant certificates for clients in the event that the client does not agree to carry out periodic follow-up visits or re-grant visits within the planned and scheduled dates.
  • Decisions to suspend grant certificates for clients are made if the client requests a suspension (optionally).
  • In all cases, the period of suspension of the certificate should not exceed 6 months, after which the certificate’s scope shall be withdrawn or reduced.
  • Decisions to scale back grant certificates for clients are made when the client consistently or seriously fails to meet the certificate requirements for those parts of the certificate scope.
  • Decisions to suspend/withdraw/reduce the scope of the certificate are published on the company’s website
