These terms and conditions apply to the quotation submitted for audit and certification of your management system.
Offered prices are valid for a period of 90 days from its date, unless agreed otherwise.
The validity period of the certificate is 3 years in accordance with ISO 17021 and the approved standard specifications, and this contract is valid from the date of its signing until the date of the certificate’s expiry.
In case of adding a location/address for the facility and any change that needs to be reviewed, a new contract is signed but no change will be made in the validity period of the contract. The validity period of the certificate is based on the date of the first certificate issued.
Certificates are issued only after the agreed payment is received.
Any delay not agreed upon in the contract may result in cancellation of audits and follow-up.
Any business days or time for an audit, rescheduling of an audit, or relocation to another location other than agreed upon will incur additional charges, which will be charged to the customer.
Any postponement or rescheduling of the audit within the 14 days prior to the audit date will cause additional costs, which will be charged to the client.
Any additional business days or any expenses not agreed upon for reasons beyond our control will be billed at a business day rate plus other expenses.
Delay or failure of either party’s performance shall not constitute a default under this Agreement or result in any claim for damage if such delay or failure is caused by any event beyond the affected party’s control which the party had caused that it had no reasonable means to prevent the failure including, but not limited to, an act of war, natural disaster, fire, explosion, labor dispute, or any international sanctions or restrictions on trade. The affected party must notify the other party in writing of the reasons and foreseeable duration of any such event.
The address of the organization in this contract is the legal address for all advertisements and correspondence.
Service by scope and duration are approximate, both subject to confirmation, modification or cancellation during the audit visit. ACC reserves the right to subcontract auditors with expertise appropriate to the scope of activities identified for the audit work.
Neither the audit team nor the certification body accepts any damages or consequential liability.
Once the certificate is approved by the client, an electronic copy and original certificate will be issued with a specified expiration date. In the event that an additional copy is requested, it will be a fee of 500 Saudi riyals.
Changes that require a certificate to be reissued within 3 years such as change of address, change of company name etc., each certificate will be charged.
confidentiality of information agreement
The Company and its officers, employees and agents have agreed to confidentiality of the information and not to use or disclose to any third party any information derived from the Customer in connection with the Services without the consent of the Customer, except to the extent that is reasonably necessary to enable the Company to carry out the Services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. This obligation shall continue in full terms and force during and after the term of this Agreement, provided that it is not subject to any of these restrictions:
Any information that the company had before the agreement through the client
Any information that legally becomes or has become the public domain.
Any information that becomes lawfully available to the company through a source independent of the customer
Any information that may be requested to be made available in connection with certification achievement, such as information to an accreditation body, or group of agreements for evaluating people, etc.
Information that must be made available in the public domain, which includes all information that can be made publicly available. Such as name, certificate domain, validity, status, etc.
Information that is allowed to be made public
The certification body may make information available to the public about certifications granted, suspended or withdrawn. At the request of any party, the certification body shall provide the means to confirm the validity of a particular certificate. The publicity of this publicly available information may be limited for security or other reasons that are valid for publication. The customer will be notified of any information published before it is announced.
Management system performance complaints received by the customer
You must document all complaints and correct therapeutic procedures. You must respond to complaints completely. Your complaints records are kept for a period commensurate with your management system
confidentiality of information agreement

Changes in management systems
You must notify the company of any change in your organization that may affect certification requirements, such as: major changes in legal matters, trade or property rights, major administrative changes, a change or addition to the perceived scope of work, major changes to processes and systems and any changes that will significantly affect On the status of the approved management system. The Company will review the information and clarify a course of action including changing the status of the certificate, special audit, or any other appropriate measure to maintain the validity of the certificate. These administrative changes shall specifically include the relevant management system under the certificate, namely:
ISO 9001-2015: Dangerous product or legal complaints that could affect certification status;
ISO 14001-2015: A serious health and safety incident that can be reported with internal, external or legal consequences,
ISO 22000-2018 – HACCP: A serious food safety incident that can be reported for internal, external or legal non-compliance.
ISO 45001-2018: A serious workplace safety incident that may be reported for internal, external or legal non-compliance.
Advertising and promotion
In order to maintain the integrity of our service, the customer will comply with the document requirements for the use of quality marks when indicating the status of your degree in social media such as the Internet, brochures, advertisements, or other documents. Nor should you:
Issue or allow misleading certificate statements;
Do not use or permit the use of the Certificate Documents or any part thereof in a misleading manner;
When suspending or withdrawing a certificate, discontinue use of all advertising that contains a reference to the certificate as directed by the certification body.
Edit all advertising materials when the scope of work changes.
Do not allow your certification reference to be used to imply that the certification body has endorsed a product, service, or process.
Do not allow the statement that the certification applies to activities outside of work.
Not using the certificate in a way that puts the awarding body or the certificate system in a bad light and affects public trust.
