Manah Arabia ACC makes sure to publish its policy on its website and inform its customers about the usage policy, as well as to sign an agreement to that effect before obtaining the certificate according to the following clauses:
Terms of Use of Grant Logo
Institutions that have obtained certificates of conformity to the quality management system by Manah Al Arabia must comply with the provisions of these instructions after signing the certificate contract, as long as the certificate is valid.
The facility may not use the “grant logo” symbol in its advertisements and activities that are outside the scope of the certification
The facility is allowed to use the grant logo only in its advertisements and areas of activity included in the scope of the certificate
The company does not allow the grantee logo to be used by customers with a grant certificate on laboratory test, calibration or inspection reports or certificates
The facility stops using the deviant logo in cases of certification suspensions or revocations.
Grant logo may not be used on the product (this may be a tangible product by itself or a product in an individual package, container etc.)
License applicants may not use the logo prior to or during the processing of their grant application
Dealing with false and misleading use cases of the Grants Logo
The procedures for suspending or revoking a certificate shall be applied to facilities that cannot meet the requirements set forth in these instructions
Upon discovery of any irresponsible, incorrect or misleading exploitation of license certificates, grant logo, audit reports, or marks discovered in advertisements, catalogs, etc., the company shall take appropriate action which may include Implementation of corrective measures or suspension/cancellation of the license and legal action and notification of violation

Rules for use of the grant logo in advertising and promotional materials
The grant logo may be used on the packaging used to transport products, accompanied by a statement indicating that the certification was granted to the management system in question and not to the product, in which case the name of the originator, the type of management system and the certification body (granting company) must be indicated. Grant Logo Use Agreement
The customer who obtained a certificate of conformity for the quality management system and other systems submits a request to use the grants logo to Manah Al Arabia using form No. CRT-F-08-01-0201
The head of the customer service department receives the request to use the grants logo from the client and transfers it to the head of the management systems conformity certification department
The head of the Department of Management Systems Conformity Certification reviews the client’s request and reviews the client’s audit process file to verify the decision of the Higher Executive Committee regarding the decision to grant a certificate of conformity to the quality management system.
The Head of the Management Systems Conformity Certification Department verifies that the client has signed the agreement to use the Grants Logo – No. CRT-F-08-01-0202 (included in the client’s file.
The grants logo usage agreement (signed by the customer) contains the customer’s legal obligation after obtaining the certificate of conformity to the following

Monitor grant tag usage
The use of the grant mark and the accreditation body mark is monitored and controlled by the company through the following methods:
